This hotel has a prime location that's perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding areas. The restaurant has a fabulous menu, and the bar/lounge area is ideal for winding down after a long day. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the massage services are luxurious. The hotel also boasts of a beach access, spa centre, outdoor dining area and a garden area.
During my stay, the elevators were affected by some AC issues, and I had to use the stairs a couple of times to reach my room, which was situated on the ninth floor. This was a minor inconvenience and didn't take away from my overall positive experience.

The building and apartments were amazing and the location was perfect with easy access to key amenities. there were some great facilities available that definitely made my stay enjoyable.
The service was really poor and despite staying in several different apartments in Batumi in the past, I have to say that this one was the worst. There was no cleaning service, poor customer service and no maintenance services available.

The area surrounding the hotel was the only highlight of my stay. The hotel building was impressive from the outside, but the interior lacked cleanliness and any level of service. I found no evidence of any cleaning that had been carried out during my stay. The bathroom was not even cleaned before my arrival. It's safe to say the absence of any service was nowhere near my expectations.
The AC was so poorly maintained that it caused the elevators to be shut down multiple times; which made me use the stairs to get to my room on the 9th floor.

The building was really impressive and the apartments were lovely. I appreciated the fact that there were different types of apartments to choose from. The location was definitely a plus as it was conveniently located near major attractions. the view from the apartment was breathtaking.
The service was really poor during my stay. There was no cleaning and the staff wasn't very helpful.
